KIEV, December 02. /ITAR-TASS/. The specific committee of the Verkhovna Rada, Ukraine’s parliament, over state construction and local self-government has supported a draft motion of no confidence to Nikolai Azarov’s government, member of the committee, deputy of the faction of the opposition party Batkivshchyna Ruslan Knyazevich told reporters on Monday.

“The author of the draft motion of no confidence is chairman of the UDAR faction Vitaly Klitschko, who reports personally this document at the meeting,” he said. “The opposition will vote for this bill definitely,” the lawmaker added.

Meanwhile, head of the faction of the pro-governmental Party of Regions Aleksander Yefremov stated on Monday that the party opposes the motion of no confidence to the government.

Parliamentary Speaker Vladimir Rybak said on Monday that the motion of no confidence to the Cabinet may be put up for voting on Tuesday. As many as 226 votes of deputies are required to pass the motion of no confidence to the government.
