KIEV, December 02. /ITAR-TASS/. Ukraine has not yet considered introduction of the emergency situation regime, the government’s Press Secretary Vitaly Lukyanenko said on Monday.
“The authorities have not yet raised the issue of the emergency situation regime,” he said.
Earlier, leader of Batkivshchyna’s parliamentary faction Arseniy Yatsenyuk said President Viktor Yanukovich wanted to have a meeting of the national security and defense council and to introduce the emergency situation regime in the country. Some sources informed several local authorities could initiate introduction of the emergency situation regime in the country.
