KIEV, December 01, (ITAR-TASS). Speaker of the Ukrainian parliament Vladimir Rybak said late on Sunday he had met President Viktor Yanukovich to discuss the situation in the country.

“The president is with his people,” Rybak told the Inter television channel.

According to the speaker, a roundtable meeting involving opposition leaders and representatives from the official authorities will be organized at the Verkhovna Rada (parliament) on Monday.
