VILNIUS, November 28, 22:08 /ITAR-TASS/. German Chancellor Angela Merkel said on Thursday she did not think the Association Agreement between Ukraine and the European Union could be signed at the Eastern Partnership summit currently underway in the Lithuanian capital city Vilnius.
“I don’t think the agreement will be signed here, but the doors are still open for Ukraine,” she said before the official opening ceremony.
