VILNIUS, November 28, 21:43 /ITAR-TASS/. European Commission President Jose Manuel Barroso and President of the Council of Europe Herman van Rompuy turned down the reporters’ request to comment on the possible results of a meeting with Ukrainian President Viktor Yanukovich.
Numerous questions the reporters had filed in this connection remained unanswered.
Barroso, Van Rompuy and Yanukovich are meeting in Vilnius in the format of a summit of the EU’s so-called Eastern Partnership format.
Leaders of Ukraine’s two biggest oppositionist parties, Arseny Yatsenyuk and Vitaly Klichko.
