MOSCOW, November 26. /ITAR-TASS/. The Russian Foreign Ministry has recommended Russians who are planning to travel to Thailand to refrain from visiting Bangkok. It has also called on Russians who are already in Thailand to be cautious.
“Active opposition protests continue in Thailand. The demonstrators have blocked several government buildings in the centre of Bangkok. It cannot be ruled out that the situation may aggravate further,” the Russian Foreign Ministry said.
“In this connection, we recommend Russian nationals to refrain from trips to Bangkok. We would also like to warn the Russians who are already staying in Bangkok to be cautious, obey the demands of law enforcers and avoid places of mass concentration of people,” the Russian Foreign Ministry emphasized.
