GENEVA, November 25. /ITAR-TASS/. Russian presidential special envoy for the Middle East, Deputy Foreign Minister Mikhail Bogdanov has met with secretary-general of the National Coalition for Syrian Opposition and Revolutionary Forces Badr al-Din Jamous, a Russian official told Itar-Tass on Monday.
Bogdanov also met with representatives of the Syrian National Council and Syrian Kurds.
According to representatives of the national coalition, Jamous expected to discuss a number of humanitarian issues. Previously, Russia’s Foreign Ministry announced that diplomats were in talks with representatives of the Syrian coalition in order to schedule the Geneva-2 conference.
