GENEVA, November 24, 8:40 /ITAR-TASS/. Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov believes that it is needed to loosen pressure on Iran by lifting unilateral sanctions.
In the view of the minister, the agreement between Iran and the Sextet “should build up trust and will help our partners from the United States and the European Union to loosen the pressure of sanctions that they imposed against Iran, taking the unilateral decision under the U.N. Security Council’s decisions.” We do not recognize these unilateral sanctions and it is probably correct that it is needed to ease up the pressure on Iran by lifting unilateral sanctions,” he noted.
