RIGA, November 23, 19:35 /ITAR-TASS/. Latvian Foreign Minister Edgars Rinkevic expressed condolences on the death of Russian citizens in a supermarket collapse in Riga.
“I express my deepest condolences to Russia and the Russian people on the death of two Russians in the supermarket collapse. The tragedy has no citizenship,” Rinkevic wrote in the Twitter microblog on Saturday.
