MOSCOW, November 18. /ITAR-TASS/. Russia invites Syrian opposition to negotiate in Moscow in order to gather a united delegation to be sent to Geneva 2, said Russia’s Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov after his meeting with Armenian counterpart Edward Nalbandyan on Monday. He said that the National Coalition for Syrian Revolutionary and Opposition Forces was looking into this proposal.
