MOSCOW, November 11, 17:23 /ITAR-TASS/. Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov and EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy Catherine Ashton discussed the upcoming talks between Iran and five permanent members of the U.N. Security Council and Germany, the Russian Foreign Ministry reported on Monday.
“In light of the talks in Geneva Lavrov and Ashton discussed further steps towards preparing a meeting of political directors due to take place on November 20,” the ministry said.
Lavrov and Ashton met on the sidelines of the Asia Europe Meeting of foreign ministers in New Delhi.
