BUENOS AIRES, September 8 (Itar-Tass) - Wrestling returns to the Olympic Games beating two other sports - a combined baseball-softball and squash - in a vote by the International Olympic Committee at its session in Buenos Aires on Sunday.

Wrestling received 49 votes, a combined baseball-softball got 24 and squash 22.

It has been reinstated after losing its spot seven months ago. Wrestling becomes the unquestionable favourite for the place in the program of the 2020 and 2024 Olympic Games.
