Syria's Prime Minister: Syria’s to turn into graveyard for aggressors

“The West’s colonialist threats do not terrorize us because of the will and determination of the Syrian people, who will not accept being humiliated," he said

BEIRUT, August 28 (Itar-Tass) - West with the U.S. at the head is conjuring up false pretexts to satisfy military intervention in Syria, the country’s Prime Minister, Wael Nade Al-Halqi told the national television Wednesday.

Syria will "surprise the aggressors as it surprised them in the war of 1973 when Arab forces caught Israel off guard and become the graveyard of the invaders," he said.

“The West’s colonialist threats do not terrorize us because of the will and determination of the Syrian people, who will not accept being humiliated," Al-Halqi said.
