NALCHIK, August 27 (Itar-Tass) - An explosive device prepared for detonation with the power of equivalent to three kilograms of TNT was found at the 418th kilometre of the highway Kavkaz in the North Caucasus Republic of Kabardino-Balkaria, the press service of the republican Interior Ministry told Itar-Tass on Tuesday.
The explosive device was hidden, the press service reported.
The measures to defuse the explosive device are being taken. The traffic on the federal highway Kavkaz is provided on a bypassing route through the settlement of Kuba-Taba.
The place, where the bomb was found, is the place, where a mobile road police patrol is stationed.
