LONDON, August 26 (Itar-Tass) - U.N. inspectors have left for Damascus where the chemical attack was conducted last week, British mass media reported on Monday.

A convoy, including six trucks carrying U.N. experts, has left for Damascus’ suburbs. Inspectors are accompanied by Syrian security forces.

Inspectors leave for East Ghouta where chemical weapons were used last week as a result of which hundreds of people died.
