MOSCOW, August 21 (Itar-Tass) - Russia’s Federal Tourism Agency (Rostourism) said it recommended Russian citizens to give up winter tours to Egypt.
Speaking at a press conference, the service’s head, Alexander Radkov, said: “It is necessary to avoid winter tours to Egypt.”
At the same time, the official said it was rather difficult to name any alternative to Egypt by price, quality and flight time. “Maybe, the Emirates,” he added.
Such countries as Thailand and the Caribbean states will be in demand in the winter, Radkov said, adding that these tours “will need more money by prices and flight time”.
