BAKU, August 13 (Itar-Tass) - Russia is fulfilling its liabilities under its arms contracts with Syria, Anatoly Isaikin, the CEO of Russia’s chief arms trader, Rosoboronexport, said on Tuesday.

“Contracts on arms supplies to Syria that were signed earlier are being fulfilled,” he said. He stressed that Russia had told this more than once at the top level.
