NEW YORK, April 22 (Itar-Tass) - Dzhokhar Tsarnaev is in better condition and already gives written answers to the investigators' questions. He cannot speak because of the serous throat wound, ABC television reported on Sunday, referring to law-enforcement sources.
The investigators ask him in detail about his 26-year-old brother Tamerlan, who was killed in the exchange of fire with police, and other possible participants in the act of terror in Boston.
The investigators also question him about the homemade explosive devices that were found in his house when he was detained.
On April 15, two explosions, the second 12 minutes after the first, hit people not far from the finish line at the Boston marathon. Three people died, and more than 180 were injured. The U.S. authorities are sure the explosions were masterminded and committed by the Tsarnaev bothers -- 26-year-old Tamerlan and 19-year-old Dzhokhar, who was detained on Friday in a large-scale operation. He offered active resistance to police, but he received serious injuries, was detained and taken to hospital. He was in heavy condition.
