MOSCOW, April 16 (Itar-Tass) – The Russian Investigative Committee /SK/ opened a criminal case over violence against a small Russian girl in a U.S. foster family.
"The girl was adopted by a Texas couple in 2002. Her adoptive mother allowed a family friend – a parishioner of a local Baptist church – to commit, for monetary remuneration and gifts, sexual violence against the minor in helpless condition /after spinal fracture/," SK spokesman Vladimir Markin told Itar-Tass.
