According to preliminary reports, all the five crewmembers and 15 passengers have died

ASTANA, January 29 (Itar-Tass) - A passenger plane has crashed near Alma-Ata, the Khabar news agency reported.

Kazakhstan's emergency situations ministry has confirmed a plane crash off Alma-Ata. "The plane disappeared from radar screens at 13:15, local time /11:15, Moscow time/, a official from the ministry's press office said.

According to preliminary reports, all the five crewmembers and 15 passengers have died in the plane crash off Alma-Ata, the press service of the Skat airline told reporters.
