MOSCOW, December 29 (Itar-Tass) — The Russian emergency airplane is flying to Thailand to take heavily ill Russians to the homeland.
The airplane Il-76 with the medics onboard took off from the Moscow regional airfield Ramenskoye in Bangkok, the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations told Itar-Tass on Saturday. The airplane is equipped with the medical modules for the transportation of sick Russians.
Several Russian citizens will be brought to Russia by this special flight to undergo further treatment.
