"Egyptian President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi has conveyed his sincere congratulations to Russian President Vladimir Putin on his re-election for another office term, noting that this reflects the Russian people’s confidence in him," Egyptian presidential spokesman, Ahmed Fahmy, wrote on his Facebook account (Facebook is banned in Russia due to its ownership by Meta, which has been designated as extremist).

According to the spokesman, El-Sisi wished his Russian counterpart further successes and progress and prosperity to the Russian people.
