DUBAI, March 9. /TASS/. Yemen's rebel Houthi movement Ansar Allah have claimed to attack a commercial ship and several US destroyers in the Red Sea and Gulf of Aden, the military representative of the movement Yahya Saria said.

"The Yemeni Navy carried out two high-quality military operations, during which they attacked the US ship Propel Fortune with anti-ship missiles in the Gulf of Aden, as well as several US destroyers in the Red Sea and the Gulf of Aden using 37 drones," Saria told Houthi-owned Al-Masirah TV channel.

The spokesman claimed that "both operations successfully achieved their objectives." He also stressed that the Houthis will continue attacks on ships in the Red Sea until the fighting in the Gaza Strip ceases.
