Bolivia’s president says invited to visit Russia in July

Evo Morales visited Russia last June

YUZHO-SAKHALINSK, February 17. /TASS/. Bolivian President Evo Morales has received an invitation from Russian President Vladimir Putin to come to Russia on an official visit in July, Morales said in an interview with Rossiya’24 television channel aired on Sunday.

"Today, the [Russian] ambassador visited me to inform about an important thing," Morales said.

"Our brother, the president of Russia, has invited us through his ambassador to make an official visit to Russia in July," he said.

Bolivia’s president visited Russia last June, when he held talks with Putin and attended the FIFA World Cup opening ceremony.
