MINSK, January 17. /TASS/. Kiev’s representative to the humanitarian subgroup of the Contact Group on resolving the situation in eastern Ukraine Irina Gerashchenko tried to disrupt the Contact Group’s meeting, the envoy of the self-proclaimed Lugansk People’s Republic Vladislav Deinego said on Thursday.

"Gerashchenko came to the Contract Group’s closed-door meeting without an invitation and tried to table ‘a very important issue’ in order to disrupt the meeting," the Luganskinformcenter news agency quoted him as saying.

On Thursday, the Contact Group’s first meeting of 2019 is taking place in the Belarusian capital of Minsk, as well as meetings of all four of its subgroups.
