Ukraine’s Verkhovna Rada approves presidential elections on March 31, 2019

KIEV, November 26. /TASS/. Ukraine’s Verkhovna Rada on Monday evening passed a resolution appointing next presidential elections on March 31, 2019.

"In conformity with Provision 7, Part I of Article 85, and Part V of Article 103 of the Ukrainian Constitution, the Ukrainian Verkhovna Rada rules: to appoint next presidential elections in Ukraine on Sunday, March 31, 2019. The resolution comes into effect on the day of its publishing," the document says.
