Russian, Cuban leaders sign joint statement after negotiations

MOSCOW, November 2. /TASS/. Russian President Vladimir Putin and President of Cuba’s Council of State and Council of Ministers, Miguel Diaz-Canel Bermudez, have signed a joint statement on common approaches in international affairs following talks in Moscow.

The Kremlin earlier reported that the document was expected to highlight "the high level of relations between the two countries and the proximity of their approaches to the key issues on the global agenda."
