MOSCOW, July 25. /TASS/. The price of the futures contract for Brent crude with delivery in September 2016 on the ICE in London dropped by 1.4% to $44.95 per barrel, first time since May 11, 2016, according to the trading data.
Amid the oil price decline the rate of the Russian ruble against the dollar and the euro remained practically unchanged.
As of 4:14 p.m. Moscow time, the dollar rate was 64.9 rubles, while earlier it climbed above 65 rubles.
The euro rate grew by 0.1% to 71.2 rubles in the course of the trading on the Moscow Exchange.
