KHMELEVKA FIRING RANGE, Kaliningrad region, September 26 (Itar-Tass) - Presidents Vladimir Putin of Russia and Alexander Lukashenko of Belarus had a possibility to speak with each other during a flight from Belarus’ Grodno to Russia’s westernmost Kaliningrad region, Russian president’s press secretary, Dmitry Peskov, said and added he did not know whether they had discussed the situation around Uralkali.

According to Peskov, the two presidents focused on the war games. “But they were flying together from Grodno to Kaliningrad and I cannot say whether they raised the issue of Uralkali,” he noted.
