Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov told US Secretary of State John Kerry all he thinks about the provocative anti-Russian requirements of the US Anti-Doping Agency (USADA) to the International Olympic Committee (OIC), the Russian Foreign Ministry said on Tuesday after a telephone conversation between the two top diplomats.
