MOSCOW, December 1. /TASS/. The 2018 FIFA World Cup in Russia will be the best in the history of the world football championships, Zlatko Dalic, the head coach of the Croatian national team, told TASS on Friday.

"Everything that I saw here in the last two or three days is fantastic organization and on the high level," Dalic said in an interview with TASS, when asked to comment on Moscow’s level of organization of the 2018 World Cup Final Draw. "I think that from what I see it will be the best World Cup in the history."

The State Kremlin Palace in the Russian capital of Moscow hosted on Friday night the Final Draw for the 2018 FIFA World Cup, fixing opponents in eight different groups made of 32 national football teams, which qualified for the much-anticipated quadrennial world football championship.

The Croatian national football squad was placed in Group D alongside with national football squads from Argentina, Iceland and Nigeria.

"We have a difficult job in front of us," Dalic said replying to a question whether his team would clear the group stage. "We have one of the best team in the world (in the group) - Argentina, secondly Nigeria and Iceland."

"I hope we can do it, we can pass the group stage, because our target will be a difficult job, especially Argentina, which is our main challenge," he said. "But my team of course can do it, I trust in my team and we will do our best from the onset."

Eleven cities across Russia will host the matches of the 2018 World Cup and they are Moscow, St. Petersburg, Sochi, Kazan, Saransk, Kaliningrad, Volgograd, Rostov-on-Don, Nizhny Novgorod, Yekaterinburg and Samara.

The matches of the 2018 World Cup will be held between June 14 and July 15 at 12 stadiums located in the 11 mentioned above cities across Russia. Two of the stadiums are located in the Russian capital.
