MOSCOW, November 26. /TASS/. Russian figure skater Sergei Voronov was third with 257.49 points at the closing stage of Grand Prix 2017 in Lake Placid, the United States, and qualified to the series final.

It was enough for Voronov to be among top five athletes at the tournament in the United States to qualify for finals. Another Russian figure skater Mikhail Kolyada secured earlier his participation in the Grand Prix Final.

Nathan Chen from the United States was first in the Grand Prix series in Lake Placid with 275.88 points, followed by his compatriot Adam Rippon (266.45 points).

The Grand Prix Final will be held from December 7 to 10 in Nagoya, Japan.
