PARIS, June 17. /TASS/. Croatia and the Czech Republic drew 2-2 their Group D clash at Stade Geoffroy Guichard in Saint-Etienne, France, on Friday.
Croatia’s Ivan Perisic and Ivan Rakitic scored the goals at the 37th and 59th minutes.
Milan Skoda pulled a goal back for the Czech Republic at the 76th minute, while Tomas Necid scoredwith a penalty in stoppage time.
The match was temporarily suspended after several flares were thrown onto the pitch by Croatian fans.
Croatia is currently at the top of Group D with four points after two matches and will face Spain on June 21. The Czech Republic will play with Turkey also on June 21.
