MOSCOW, May 20. /TASS/. Vladimir Pronichev has been appointed the chairman of the Board of Directors of Russia’s Dinamo Moscow FC, the club’s press service announced on Friday.
The decision to appoint Ponichev was made at the annual session of the club’s shareholders on Friday. Participants in the session also ruled to reduce the number of the board’s members from nine to five.
Besides Pronichev, the Board of Directors also includes Dinamo Director General and first deputy Chairman of Dinamo Society Sergei Sysoyev, head of Dinamo Society’s Department for International, Economic and Humanitarian Cooperation Dmitry Shelepin, First Deputy Chairman of VTB Bank Vasily Titov and BM-Bank Management Board Chairman Gennady Soldatenkov.
Dinamo FC is currently ranked 14th after 29 rounds of the Russian Football Premier League’s (RFPL) 2015/2016 tournament and is facing a possible relegation for the first time in the club’s history.
