KHANTY-MANSIISK, March 20. /TASS/. Men's and women's mass starts, which were to be the final event of the World Cup in Russia's Khanty-Mansiisk, were cancelled because of strong wind, the organizers told TASS on Sunday.
The decision came from the jury. A blow of wind knocked down a lamp pylon at the complex, which fell down on the firing positions.
Electricity was cut off. The firing facilities require repairing, the organizers said.
