MOSCOW, November 17. /TASS/. The European Olympic Committees (EOC) will offer all-round assistance to Russia’s Olympic Committee (ROC) in its anti-doping efforts, EOC President Patrick Hickey said in a statement posted on the ROC website on Monday.
Hickey said he planned to meet with ROC President Alexander Zhukov later in the week at a EOC General Assembly in Prague. He said he would take this opportunity to say that EOC would offer all-round support to the Russian Olympic Committee in its anti-doping efforts.
In his words, Russia had the will and resources enough to reform its anti-doping program to become a leader on that track.
