MOSCOW, August 18. /TASS/. Russia’s Sports Ministry has endorsed the limit on foreign players for the 2015/2016 season for the Russian clubs of the Kontinental Hockey League (KHL).
The ministry says that the number of those, who are ineligible playing for the national team must not exceed five per club. The decree also states that each club should have not more than one foreign goaltender.
The 2015/2016 KHL season will start on August 24.
