MOSCOW, August 12. /TASS/. Russian heavyweight boxer Alexander Povetkin will clash with Poland’s Mariusz Wach on November 4 in the Volga city of Kazan, the Mir Boksa (Boxing World) company said on Wednesday.
Olympic champion Povetkin also known as ‘Russian Vityaz’ has 29 wins (including 21 knockouts) and one loss on his record.
Wach, the current WBC (World Boxing Councl) International heavyweight title holder, has 31 victories (17 knockouts) and one loss on his record.
Russian boxer Denis Lebedev, the current WBA Cruiserweight Champion, on the same day will defend his title in a clash with Nigeria’s Lateef Kayode. Lebedev, 35, has 27 wins and one loss on his record, while Kayode, 32, has 21 victories and no losses.
