SEOUL, July 7. /TASS/. Russia’s swimmer Evgeny Koptelov won gold in Men’s 200m butterfly at the Gwangju Summer Universiade in South Korea.
He finished with 1:54.79 timing.
Japan's Yi Yajim won second place [1:55.73] followed by his fellow Masayuki Unemoto [1:56.12].
The Russian national team currently has 37 medals (9 gold, 15 silver, 13 bronze), ranking fifth.
The 2015 Universiade will close on July 14.
