MOSCOW, May 8. /TASS/. Russian national football team’s head coach Fabio Capello said on Friday he is outraged with the Russian Football Union chief's statement that the Victory Day eve is no proper time for discussing the payment of his April salary.
"I was extremely outraged with the inappropriate and insane words of the president of the Russian Football Union," Capello told TASS.
Capello's son Pier Filippo, who also acts as his manager, told TASS on Thursday that the RFU has not yet paid Capello's monthly salary for April. He also said that the Russian Football Union repaid its eight-month wage arrears to Fabio Capello below the market rate.
