OTTAWA, January 5. /TASS/. Canada beat Slovakia in the second semi-final of the International Ice Hockey Federation’s World Championship for players under 20 years of age, underway in Canada, by five goals to one.
Canada’s Nick Petain scored three goals (in the 5th, 39th and 52nd minutes). Shea Theodore and Anthony Duclair netted once each in the 40th and 53rd minutes respectively. David Soltes scored once for Slovakia in the 40TH.
