GENEVA, March 12. /ITAR-TASS/. Olympic champion Matthias Mayer of Austria has won the final World Cup downhill at Lenzerheide ( Switzerland) on Wednesday.

Christof Innerhofer of Italy and Ted Ligety - a skier from the United States, are in second and third positions, respectively.

Aksel Lund Swindal of Norway heads the standings of the World Cup ski race total ( 570 points); he is followed by Canadian Erik Guay and Hannes Reichelt of Austria who gained 368 and 360 points, respectively.
