SOCHI, February 24. /ITAR-TASS/. Russian President Vladimir Putin said he was planning to visit Lausanne to discuss prospects for the development of cooperation between Russia and the International Olympic Committee (IOC).
IOC President Thomas Bach has invited the Russian president to visit Lausanne. “I thank you for the invitation to visit the IOC headquarters. I use an opportunity to visit Lausanne for talks on Russia’s contribution to developing the Olympic movement and supporting world sports,” Putin said.
