MOSCOW, February 12. /ITAR-TASS/. Ten Russian athletes who won Olympic medals at the 2014 Sochi Olympics, have been promoted to the honorable sports degree of Merited Master of Sport of the Russian Federation.
The honorable title was awarded to speed skater Olga Graf, biathlete Olga Vilukhina, freestyle skier Alexander Smyshlayev, figure skaters Yekaterina Bobrova, Yelena Ilyinykh, Nikita Katsalapov, Fedor Klimov, Yulia Lipnitskaya, Dmitry Solovyov and Ksenia Stolbova.
Russian figure skaters won the Olympic gold in the team figure skating event; Olga Graf won bronze in 500 m skating race, Olga Vilukhina is a silver medalist in sprint ski race, Alexander Smyshlyaev won bronze in men's mogul.
