SOCHI, February 10. /ITAR-TASS/. Russian Natalya Khoreva is in the fourth place after the second run in women’s individual luge. Khoreva completed the second run in 50.348 seconds, making the total time of both runs at 1 minute 40.848 seconds.
Another Russian luger Tatyana Ivanova is in the seventh position with 50.492 seconds in the second run (total 1 minute 40.949 seconds). Russia’s Yekaterina Baturina finished 12th with 50.457 seconds in the second run (total 1 minute 41.720 seconds).
Germany’s Natalie Geisenberger showed the best time of 49.891 seconds in the second run (total 1 minute 39.814 seconds). German luger Tatjana Huefner took the second place with 50.187 seconds (total 1 minute 40.580 seconds). US athlete Erin Hamlin secured the third place with 50.276 seconds (total 1 minute 40.623 seconds).
Third and fourth runs in women’s individual luge will take place on February 11.
