SOCHI, February 09. /ITAR-TASS/. Russian lugers Vladislav Yuzhakov and Vladimir Makhnutin took the fifth position after the second dry run in doubles at the Olympic Games in Sochi.
Yuzhakov and Makhnutin showed 50.829 seconds.
The top position was taken by the Germans Tobias Arlt and Tobias Wendl (50.641 seconds). Latvians Andris Sics and Juris Sics were second (50.644 seconds/)and Austrians Andreas Linger and Wolfgang Linger were third (50.669 seconds).
In the first dry run, Yuzhakov and Makhnutin got the fourth ranking.
The tournament in men’s doubles begins February 12.
