MOSCOW, January 31. /ITAR-TASS/. Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev suggested awarding volunteers who work well at major sport events at a ceremony of presentation of the Russian president’s Certificates of Merit to the winners of the 2013 Summer University Games held in Kazan.
Medvedev told Russian Sport Minister Vitaly Mutko that he could think of ways of awarding the best volunteers for doing a good job.
“I would say that we could even think of awarding the most volunteering volunteers,” the Russian prime minister said.
