MAKHACHKALA, August 27. /TASS/. An anti-terror operation has been launched in the Karabudakhkent district of the North Caucasus Republic of Dagestan, the National Anti-Terror Committee’s republican headquarters told TASS on Saturday.
"The [anti-terror] regime was imposed at 21:00 Moscow time [18:00 GMT]. Measures are under way to search for militants and their accomplices," the headquarters said.
Special measures will be under way and temporary restrictions will be in effect in the Karabudakhkent district for the time of the anti-terror operation until a special instruction, the headquarters said.
