The court issued sentences of 28 to 30 years in jail

MOSCOW, July 29. /TASS/. Moscow District Military Court that held a visiting session in the city of Tver 170 km to the northwest of Moscow on Friday issued sentences of 28 to 30 years in jail to four recruiters, who had been trying to recruit militants for the Islamic State in Syria, the public relations center of Russia's Federal Security Service (FSB) said on Friday.

"In 2014 and 2015 the FSB tracked down four descenders from a Central Asian country who were recruiting militants for the Islamic State and sending them to the zone of combat operations in Syria," the report said. "To prove their loyalty to the head of the terrorist organization, they assaulted and killed a family in the Moscow region.".
