TOKYO, July 26. /TASS/. Unknown attacker armed with a knife who penetrated an institution for individuals with restricted physical abilities in the early hours of Tuesday morning killed nineteen people there, the fire prevention administration, which also acts as an agency for response to emergency situations and an emergency medical aid service, said in a report. The incident occurred in Kanagawa prefecture neighboring Tokyo.
It said another forty-five people were wounded and twenty of them were in an extremely serious condition.
The attacker was arrested.
